I still like the Deltecs.
They are awesome inside, better than geodesic domes I think.
They have this incredible feeling of spaciousness, and are energy efficient and wind resistant up to 180 mph. It's my dream to build one in the next 5 years. But getting the loan to build one is hard to find, and the banks are loathe to finance them. Resale value is touchy. But the main Deltec office is here in Asheville, so we're ahead of the <curve.>
