Agreed, they need help. But one thing Iraq has showed me, America does not have the stomach, nor the patience to free those countries from their oppressors. Darfur and Somalia would make Iraq look like a picnic.

It will take a United World to stop those tyrants. Something with more muscle and less corruption than the UN. An entity of what the UN should be. A UN where all countries contribute their share to bring peace, freedom and human rights to those trouble parts of the Earth.

Part of me wants to be an Isolationist. It would be so much easier. But I know it would be a crime for us Americans to hide behind our borders, growing fat and lazy, while there are places were humans are suffering.

I know we can’t help the whole world, but we can try to help places here and there. And if the rest of the free world would get off their butts, just think of all the good we could do.

Our goal should be a United Earth where everyone has human rights.
