is to admit that objectivity in the big picture sense, can not, will not, nor will it EVER exist....on this plane of existence.

the trick is to look within yourself for the answers. ...and objectivity is there...but at a price....the human experience. One can become destructive as a result, or constructive. It is THAT simple...and it is THAT difficult.

What you perceive as smug in me, TB...is serenity.

I was a fucking mess in my 30's TB.' An open window' as it were...letting in all the death, destruction, social injustice and negative flood my heart. I had this illusion that I could not partake in the joy that is right in front of me, because, I had to fret about how the world was a complete and utter mess....I could not create peace within me until all was right with the world...so I thought. (In otherwords..life had to be perfect)

I found balance, (serenity) by emotionally growing up... which to me is what spirituality is. I can not change anything....only me....and how I deal .

I must be on to something, because I am changing what I can...ACCEPTING what I can not change, and aquiring the wisdom to know the difference.(HMMM..sounds like the Serenity Prayer)

The incredible payback I am finding out is that...I can [and do]*choose* to love [and prevail] without the shackles of judgement.

The beauty of all this is that is there for all to partake in..if we so choose.

Maybe that is what Jesus meant when he said.."The Kingdom of God is within you"
