Well, I can see why you balked.
Actually, your dismissal shut down any discussion and you are judging the book by it's cover because you don't like the cover, while it has nothing to do with the book. I suggest you still listen to the first 15 minutes of his presentation where he talks about the interest rates, ARMS and the real estate market and see if you don't see where he's coming from.
