That IS a very good question Jody.

I feel like a teenager again right now as I just absolved myself from my responsibilities and am free to re-invent myself all over again. My young adult children are doing well 800 miles south of me and my aged parents are doing reasonably well 800 miles north of me. I have a limited amount of time to just be "me" before my responsibilities kick in again.

Am I where I thought I would be?
No.
But where I am I never dreamed of, and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

I have a very interesting life. It's not financially stable right now since my accident, but I am working hard to change that.
I'd like to add that relationships shape who we are, and I think life is a learning experience. We are here to balance emotions and appreciate our walk while we're here. I believe in an afterlife of sorts. And karma. Maybe the laws of natural balance. I am always careful to live with these guideposts that work for me:
Truth
Honesty
Integrity

I hope the natural balance will fall in my favor.
