I'm trying to figure out what your problem is with this.
Obviously, most reasonable people here have already discarded the chip involuntarily implanted in one's body as a plausible threat to our civil liberties. Is the issue now somebody knowing where your camera is?
A cell phone can already be tracked to a certain level just by being a cell phone, radio chip or not. Cameras are already looking at my car when I go down the highway.
There are hacking issues that need to be addressed on things like chipped bank cards that you can "wave" at something to pay for it, and I wouldn't want one until that's sorted out, but again, what are you sweating about here?
