I think it is the same footage.
These people tend to use the same "evidence" over and over, often after it has been discredited to everyone's satisfaction. They count on the fact that people tend to forget, and that some folks can't tell the difference between "keeping an open mind" and "believing
everything they're told". And if you take the trouble to show them by pointing out the actual reference, they counter with "government conspiracies to hide the truth".
And yes, they are birds. I've seen them often enough myself (I always keep a pair of binoculars in my car).
