How DO you format a CD? I used to format floppies but haven't done that in years. DOS was so simple: C:\format a:
I remember looking at Windows backup and it was way complicated and I didn't have whatever was needed to do Windows backup. I'm not a techie so it has to be pretty straightforward.
Nero always did whatever formatting was necessary. But for some reason, my files aren't copying. What I'm wondering is if my burner is working properly. How do you test that? It plays fine, just doesn't burn.
