Some dissent is frivolous

It is the business of government to govern and all dissent is not good.

I doubt you would have the same opinion if the dissentors were right wing nuts protesting the policies of an incumbent Dem administration.

If tools are misused there are ways to correct that. Billy clubs are technically non-lethal and the Rodney King thing showed us that misuse of authority can be dealt with.

Non-lethals would have saved lives at Kent State. How can any reasonable person object?
