Gore got the cause & effect of global warming backwards and made it look like atmospheric CO2 was the cause of the warming trend instead of a result of it. Then he projected a temperature increase worldwide along with the expected rise in CO2 emissions from industry.

Half the video was about "Al Gore The Personality" rather than global warming. IMO he was selling himself. There was probably alot of money in it for him. For politicians it's more about exposure than correctness.
