I take it the word Socialism is supposed to frighten me off?
Well, it doesn't.
There are some things too valuable to be left in the hands of
individuals, especially ones who only want another pretty
bauble for their collections.
I don't give a flying fig newton what they paid for it or what
they went through to get it. If it has scientific value, then
they share it with the rest of humanity, period.
And you know that most scientists are usually not given the
budgets, funds, etc. to be able to afford to buy such items as
meteorites, which are being stamped with ridiculous prices these
days, thanks to your "free" market system.
