As a former Florida home owner, it would have been nice to collect 50% of what I spent rebuilding my house after the hurricanes. To think they would pay for half my generator too. I can see this as BIG problem, comparing the repairs I did, with say.........all the million dollar homes on the coast. Yup. It's a free perk for the rich. Unless of course, they've subdivided those that are worthy into the less than the $80,000 a year baracket.
