I've noticed too that conservatives have nothing but disdain for the poor as well, like they are some disease, or some poor plight upon humanity. Most of these conservatives inherited their wealth and their attititudes. (I'm reminded here of Barbara Bush's comments about the Katrina victims in the Super Dome and how they were "used to" such poor conditions).
