I did not even use the number which you had already accepted for the sake of discussion. I only pointed out that if there are cases that we know about, there are certainly going to be cases that we do not know about. Hence, they would not be counted in whatever number is correct.

I can't imagine why something so elementary would cause you to go into full denialist mode.
