A Small Temporal Scale Variation in Seismic Event Occurrence (STSVSEO) is noted by the authors. Although no actual statistical analysis has been conducted on the numerous data sets available, conclusions may be drawn as to the origins of this variation in the number of seismic events casually noticed over the geologically short period of one year. The genesis of the positive STSVSEO can be linked, speculatively, to other phenomena, despite the scale of these phenomena or their ability to influence larger systems. These include the melting of arctic sea ice and the radiation induced evaporation of the atmosphere. The authors strongly suspect, based upon this analysis, that these observations can be traced to the activities of certain groups of individuals. Furthermore, the motives of these activities are highly suspect and may be nefarious in nature. The role of HAARP is mentioned, but treated in detail in other publications.
