The correct units to use for force are newtons... the difference between weight and mass is usually covered in the first couple of days in the most basic introductory physics course.

The language that is used in science is not arbitrary, there are reasons we use it. When you misuse the terms you are NOT simply 'talking in a different way' you are talking gibberish.
