This is not an admonishment but a statement about my perspective.
For me...it is far more uncomfortable to read your *on the attack*responses than it is [by far] to read ANYTHING Johannes has ever posted.

I bet my next paycheck that I have said something that has made TB roll his eyes and SIGH....but he has always been a gentleman about his rebuttal.

This in turn makes me try harder with courteous reponses to others. It is a *pay it forward* mentality.

On another note:

Subtle rapier wit is a testimony to intelligence. Impress me with your ability to leave em scratchin' their heads....it is much more effective.

Anyone who would like to join HZ may be intimidated by angry accusatory responses.....and I think all of us agree that it would be advantageous to bring in fresh ideas.
