I read about this a few days ago, and hopefully the signals won't be strong enough to disrupt anything as far as the moon's orbit goes. I have no idea how strong 3.6 MW is, but if the moon is hollow, could the signals disrupt anything?

What if some space faring meanies are floating around in hyper space and pick up the signals and decide to come see who's sending them? Are we all going to be Lunch?
