Not only, but also

"drought has caused rivers and dams that supply the billions of gallons needed to cool the reactor process, to drop to levels not seen before.
My question is; why? Is it not logical to assume that the “billions of gallons” that are heated in the reactors, actually increase the evaporation rate of the water? "

spot a wee flaw here?
How does heating water in a reactor affect the river SUPPLYING the reactor?
Not to mention the several orders of magnitude problem RL and Tom have been supplying you with for years.

Newsflash! 75% of nuclear reactors are NOT in drought areas! Why???
