I have no doubt that generating heat and releasing it into the atmosphere has some effect on at least local conditions. The problem with your statements was you were treating nuke plants as something special as to their effects and completely left out any other system (of which there are huge numbers) where cooling towers use evaporation to remove excess heat.
Every post you make on here about some scientific theory has this alarmist slant to it and your credibility suffers from it. Why the concern about the heat from nukes? My guess is because it just sounds scarier than talking about the general topic that includes heat and evaporation from all power sources.
I'm not talking out my ass here Johannes. I was trained in the US Navy to run their nuclear power plants and we learned about every aspect of the heat cycles used in power generation. No matter what the source of heat was, the downstream components were exactly the same.
Oh, and just a side note to you. Throughout the SW United States nearly every house has an evaporative cooler on it, pumping heat and moisture into the air to cool houses during the drier parts of the summer season. Just maybe you might want to include those into your hypothesis.
Maybe just once I'll be able to read some informative post from you someday that doesn't include hyperbolic sensationalism and you'll actually establish some credibility. Just throwing some half cocked theory out there without any supporting evidence only puts you in the category of a dreamer or anomalist and not a serious scientist. If you want to label it as brainstorming go for it but that's never the feel I get because of how defensive you are when someone calls you on some falsehood or partial truth.
