You could start with "if something is immoral for an individual, it's immoral for a group." You can refer back to "might makes right" if you want.

"Property is theft" is a nonsense phrase. Unless the concept of property is valid, i.e. that something can be legitimately owned by an entity, the concept "theft" is meaningless.

Your real estate tirade goes nowhere. You could make the same silly statements about someone buying a computer now that has the same performance as one I paid five times the money for. If your complaint is that zoning interferes with the market process and is used as a tool of social engineering, I agree with you. Is this a conservative/libertarian idea?

Have you noticed that it takes you about a dozen paragraphs of chaff to try and respond to simple concepts I can state in a paragraph, or even a sentence? That's a topic in itself.
