IF you had actually read the BBC article you will see that the changes she requested were not made, if you had really read her original post on the matter on her website you will see that she says as much. The BBC response says that they made no changes because of her complaints.

So, again, we are left only with the spin fed to you by the blogs....

Your claim that this is "how the BBC writes climate stories" pretty much falls flat on its face...

The woman made a goddam threat to bust this poor sap's ass all over the internet as a lousy reporter if he didn't change his story.

Again, spin provided for you- she said that she would send the exchange to others for comment Unless he objected to her doing so... THAT is, in the hyperbole of your post, being shown the instruments of torture?!!! LMAO...

Hell, TB, You accuse the MSM of wanting America to fail in Iraq- treason really, and use the name 'Fisk' as a verb and yet you think that her saying that the exchange will be sent around unless he objects is crossing the line?!

You really expect me to take you seriously?!
