re: compromise vs total surrender
While I will probably vote Republican in the upcoming election, I can almost relish the idea of a term(s) by the dems.
It will be interesting to see the reaction from those that finally are free of the Bush admin when they see how little will change. I will be the first to congratulate the new guys if they make a whit's difference.
We will still be a country divided in our goals and we will still face the same realities.
