That particular example just makes me think that the "philanthropist" is crazy.
I'm not saying that nations and people who have benefited from America's generosity and protection have to do whatever we say, or throw flowers and raise statues. I'd just be happy if they'd stop peeing on our shoes and telling us that we're everything that's wrong with the world.
