Our Army is enlisting 55% "non high-quality" by their own standards. In a high-tech world, with all those fancy toys, over half of the folks they are enlisting are low quality, though they avoid that term. "Non high-quality" my aching fanny!
Hiring these folks to kick in the doors of Iraqis at night, representing the best the US can offer.
Disgusting. All so Bush doesn't have to insititute a draft. Between that an using borrowed money for his follies he's a real prize.
Now there's a "non high-quality" man if ever there was, and he's the CinC.
