Ok. Maybe the USSR doesn't exist anymore but there still are the Chinese, the Russians, the French, and the PLO.

We need to be 50 generations ahead of them to ensure that they will always be powerless against US.

What's next? I suppose you're gonna want to get rid of the carrier groups that allow us to put 50-60 of those bad boys within striking distance of any point on Earth?
