Do you really beleive your last sentance?
Russia and China are supplying countries with weapons to countries that want the US destroyed and the US is combating this with deterrence by strength.
It seems to me that China WANTS the USA as a market for its goods. It has no interest in "destroying" the US - at least, not domestically.
But as for global influence and OTHER markets, OF COURSE China seeks to displace the USA. It's called free market forces. Read your Machiavelli...
