You can ignore "Chinatown" if you don't live there. This is my standard of living at risk because of stupidity at high levels. That "No Zone" map shows that basically, we're nuts. I've seen other maps showing the area between our "red zone" and Cuba full of exploration sectors for China and other countries.

Keep in mind, I have no direct evidence of Saudis or anyone else "tilting" the field by secretly supporting environmental shutdowns, but it goes without saying that crippling our own country with overregulation and irrational environmental restrictions does seem to be in the interest of other nations who aren't operating under these conditions.
