You need to install some auto-responses
One click answers that say things like "Damn right", "Heyull yeauh", "Well said', etc.
If a person needs validation, it is hard to compete with DK where you write something you think is smart and you get 20-30 confirmations vs here where you get unspoken grunts of agreement and disagreement to your best work.
I post on another board where they have a one click button to give karma points to posters.
It is all about what one needs. :))
