Jeff Peckman says they're real and has the video to prove it. He was recently a guest on Letterman but they wouldn't let him show it, which was very odd.

Jeff gained national attention when he presented video that he claims contained proof of extra terrestrial life. The video was taken by Stan Romanek back in July of 2003. Stan thought there was a peeping Tom in the area who had been peeping on him, so he set up a video camera. Stan then discovered it was an alien peeping in his window and he had the video to prove it. Dave has a photo from the video. In the first photo, you can just barely make out the image of the alien, but when the photo is enhanced you can clearly see it is an alien. Peckman says the government knows of about 4,000 landings by UFOs consisting of as many as 57 species. So why does the government keep quiet on this? Why the big secret? Jeff says the cover-up is to protect economic interests of the powerful energy companies. The aliens are known to be benevolent and could help us with clean energy with an unending supply. But those in power like the power they have and don’t want to shake things up. The way things are now is perfectly fine with them. Jeff offers Dave the opportunity to be a part of the delegation to meet and greet the aliens upon our first contact. Dave is honored by the offer but says he’ll be tied up most of the summer with T-Ball.
