Well, they essentially ARE in charge of the US domestic economy, and there IS great suffering in an economic war between the rich who CAN afford constantly escalating health-care and the poor who can't and are being ground down as underclass.
meanwhile, the Uberclass of medicos and Uber-Uber class of Health-company owners becomes obscenely rich...
