My criticism of that article as being 'worthless' wasn't a criticism of you linking it here... it's just that I am frustrated at the scientific illiteracy of the media, and the fact that they make no effort to cover the actual science.
On this issue and many others the media acts like science is a mysterious magic best not talked about... I am working on a post on another science issue that the media has been giving a LOT of play, and doing so in a 'cute' way that misleads the public greatly... so I am primed to jump on examples of this dumbing down of science news stories...
