re: Bush doctrine
"Bush doctrine" is leftist speak coined by those who hate Bush and used almost exclusively on leftist sites. Anyone on the right side of the aisle politically almost never encounters the phrase. The left, and the paths they travel, encounter the phrase far more often. It's right up there with the folks who obsess about the group that works for a Project for a New American Century, Cheney, Rumsfeld and all the rest.
It's a phrase coined by globalists for globalists. Palin has probably been too busy the past few years to be cruising DKOS and sites funded by George Soros.
