If she actually does not know what the "Bush Doctrine" is, it's inexcusable. It's unforgiveable.

Krauthammer is laying a smoke screen trying to cover for her incompetence, if that is indeed what it is. I simply find it hard to accept someone in her position with her ambitions is not familiar with the generally accepted definition of the term.
