A story:
We were getting ready to move to another state so my husband could take a new job. We had to sell our house.
One of our neighbors introduced us to a real estate agent they knew. He was a really nice guy. I liked him. My husband liked him. But the house didn't move.
One day, another real estate agent called us out of the blue. One of his clients had toured our house. (It had been too small for them, but they liked it and had mentioned it to him.) He came over and talked to us about our situation. I mentioned that we really liked our agent.
He said, "If you like him, buy him a shirt. I can sell your house."
We waited another month, with no action. We went with the second guy. He sold our house.
If you like Sarah Palin, buy her a shirt. Hire the person who can do the job.
