Plain and simple
McCain could not have handled the mess that Bush and his cronies
have left for this nation.
And Palin would have made things worse.
I am sure the neocons will blare out every flaw and problem Obama
will run into and have during his time in office, but it is amazing what
the feeling of hope can do for a nation's people. I saw it when Bill
Clinton was elected in 1992, and I know the same happened when
JFK came along in 1960.
I feel like America has finally started to evolve into what it says it has
stood for for over two centuries.
