There is no entry for Tibet, that's included with China. There are separate entries for Taiwan and Outer Mongolia.

Outer Mongolia is listed as independent. Taiwan is listed as having been taken over by the Japanese in 1895 and given back to China after WWII and therefore a part of China.

Before suggesting someone is delusional you might want to factcheck. AFTER suggesting someone is delusional and having it demonstrated you had shot from the hip without having the slightest idea of what you were saying you might want to offer apologies. Probably the only way to maintain a claim to even a modicum of intellectual honesty, don't you think?
