I remember being with a group in a Christian church in 2004.
I had volunteered a lecture on Chemical Dependency to a group spearheaded by several parents who had kids who were addicts. They wanted as much of the congregation to be aware of the problem as possible.
In socializing afterwards the election became the topic. I didn't join in, that wasn't my gig that night.
The concensus was that Bush was a man of God, and he'd be led to the right decisions.
Period.
