...he's already left on a black helicopter for a one-way trip to the Gulf of Mexico. I think we are privileged to have just witnessed the birth of a new conspiracy theory. It's kind of like watching a new volcanic island bursting out of steaming sea.
Cheney is, of course, guilty as hell on all counts. But that's another story altogether.
