Overall, I think we might wait a bit longer for the technology to advance, but then build multiple outer planet probes concurrently using those technology advances. So, we could go to titan, europa, neptune, and other objects at the same time and for modestly more cost(than just one place a bit earlier) using synergy of the technology.
