Glass Half Full
The good news:
1) Looks like they will still be moving ahead on both rather than putting one off indefinitely
2) Keeping Cassini going to 2017 eases the pain of not sending another mission to Saturn soon a lot.
Europa is my top interest past 2 AU, but having both Enceladus and Titan at Saturn makes it a tough call for me. I can live with making the decision based on technological readiness.
