The Challenge Stands Unanswered & Probably Always Will

You keep claiming Zubrin is guilty of bad engineering and have been challenged repeatedly to provide numbers demonsrating this. In case you didn't know engineering involves calculation. It also involves goals. Engineering solutions will always differ if the goals are different. You have failed to provide any evidence you know anything about Zubrin's engineering despite repeated challenges to do so. This is exactly what I mean by unsupported accusations.

I myself have heard actual engineers criticize Zubrin's plans, but it usually comes down to a different set of goals or a small difference of opinon on some factor that can have a big influence. Neither indicate bad engineering.

I have always been for reducing the impact threat and exploring the entire solar system. Mars is my top interest for human exploration by far, but I am very interested in the outer planet and asteroid/comet probes as well. You falsely present a choice between human exploration of Mars and reducing the impact threat then falsely accuse me of not being interested in the latter when I challenge you with contradictions from people actually involved in reducing the impact threat. You play dirty pool EP and everyone else knows it.

If you don't you need help.

Regards,
Mark
