Differences
I already linked to sources showing that the military policies were in place long before Obama was even an official candidate.
I used to post regularly here on humanitarian and civilian aid in Afghanistan and Iraq. I linked to the official websites of the reconstruction organizations. This is just one of them. At some point, I gave up when I realized nobody cared.
If it makes you feel better to think all of these things are new ideas from Obama, utterly separate from the nearly identical "failed" policies of Bush, go for it.
