It only leaves us three alternatives.

1) Both stereotypes are right.
2) Both stereotypes are wrong.
3) One is right and the other wrong.

Even then, that position might be considered wishy-washy, moral relativism, and a lack of principle.

You seem like a level-headed guy, Frank, and you've got some mileage under your belt. How did it come to this?
