I did send that piece, anonymously, to a gun fancier's website, and got slammed for my remarks about the lunacy of the gun lobby and the alarming psychological component of shooting, not to mention the idea of the gun as a "coward's weapon".

When I catch hell from both sides, it just convinces me I'm doing something right.

So you don't like guns, eh Techie? You have to rely on that big Hummer (with REAL CFC coolant in the air conditioner) for a vicarious sexual surrogate.
