Does the spotlight feel uncomfortable?
It is unlikely there will be any prosecutions for the torture, but it is important to shine the light on these actions so as to shame the perpetrators and hopefully prevent these illegal (and unreliable) tactics from ever being used again.
I'm sure you would feel better sweeping this kind of stuff under the rug and focusing on more important issues, like democrat politicians getting blowjobs, but this release of information is exactly what the Bush folks deserve.
