Torture was and is against the law. Bush-Cheney broke the law. Sure, they used the Justice Dept to contort our laws on torture and create legal loopholes so they could protect themselves, but cut the crap already, they knew what they were doing. They tarnished America's reputation and disregarded the values that make this country great.
Torture is illegal, immoral, and wrong. That is why Obama ended it.
