That the burden of proof lies on those who make extraordinary claims. He doesn't get it, but I'll try again.

Johannes, this doesn't apply only to UFO claims but to ALL matters of science. It is not scientific to say, for example, "subatomic particles are intelligent life forms, now prove me wrong." The person making the claim is the one who must provide the proof.
