If they force the companies to charge 300 million Americans (or to be more precise, their insurance) what they charge 30 million Canadians (or to be more precise, their health care program) they won't be able to afford the cost of production, and nobody will be getting new medicines, poor or rich. That's the point I'm trying to make.
