Leaving the lunacy aside...

I wasn't blaming Clinton.

I was pointing out that, in the eyes of those who believe it's all about liberal foreign policy ideas, Clinton was supposedly doing everything exactly right in Middle Eastern diplomacy. Going to huge lengths to make peace between Israel and the Palestinians.

And even as he was actually doing this, the destruction of New York and Washington were under way. We could go into what Arafat was doing behind the scenes, too, during negotiations (nothing to do with 9/11, but everything to do with arming terrorists in the Middle East).

There seems to be a singular flaw in liberal foreign policy ideas.
